Requirements Manufacturing experience preferred Demonstrated knowledge of tools used by Mold Technicians Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Above-average math skills Ability to analyze problems and make decisions in time-sensitive situations Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to quickly learn production processes and equipment Strong attendance and reliability Ability to climb onto production equipment and work at elevated heights using lifts Ability to frequently use hand tools and perform physically demanding work Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Willingness to work mandatory overtime as business needs require Job Duties Prepare, install, monitor, and change production molds on manufacturing lines Verify molds have completed preventative maintenance before installation Inspect molds, inserts, clamps, hydraulic lines, air lines, and related components before installation Clean production platens and prepare equipment for mold changes Monitor production equipment and respond to machine alarms to troubleshoot issues Assist with production line startups and shutdowns Perform material and color changeovers while ensuring proper line clearances Verify materials are labeled, stored, and covered properly Repair minor hydraulic issues and oil leaks as needed Assist with automation repairs, IML changeovers, and basic equipment maintenance Support production staff with packaging and material handling when needed Complete required paperwork accurately and on time Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF food safety requirements, and company safety policies Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
