Key Personnel is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in the Claremore, OK area

Job Title:

Manufacturing Engineer Direct Hire Opportunity Manufacturing Engineer Job Summary Responsible for the design, development, and management of manufacturing systems, with a focus on machine and assembly processes. This position will develop manufacturing processes that transform raw materials into finished products while ensuring customer specifications and engineering standards are met. Manufacturing Engineer Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide engineering guidance and support to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet customer specifications and requirements.
• Develop and implement engineering systems in accordance with established engineering standards.
• Design and improve machine and assembly processes.
• Support the development and implementation of manufacturing systems.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Engineer experience.
• Proven engineering knowledge within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering documents.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Manufacturing Engineer Technical Skills Required:

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documentation.

Preferred:

• Experience designing and managing manufacturing systems.
• Experience with machine and assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and manufacturing processes. Manufacturing Engineer Physical Requirements/Work Environment
• Ability to move throughout the manufacturing facility and navigate stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to visually review hard-copy customer and engineering specifications.
• Ability to hear and respond to customers by telephone and in person.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
