Manufacturing Engineer Compensation:

$80,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Edmond, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team! This is a hands-on role that supports daily operations while driving continuous improvement and new product introductions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead manufacturing engineering and process optimization Drive continuous improvement and SOP development Enhance production line layout and workflow Manage mold and fixture operations and maintenance Collaborate with overseas suppliers for quality assurance Optimize robotics and automation systems Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Support ERP systems and digital transformation efforts

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering 3-10 years of manufacturing engineering experience Proven BOM management and process documentation skills Experience with mold and fixture maintenance Knowledge of overseas supplier collaboration Robotics programming and automation experience ERP expertise, Epicor Kinetic preferred Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

CAD, AutoCad, and Fusion360 software knowledge Experience with new ERP implementation or system migration Strong mechanical aptitude and presence on the production floor
