Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Familiarity with assembly line operations and sheet metal fabrication processes.
Proven ability to take ownership of projects. Be able to write Capital Appropriation Request (CAR), present in sourcing board meeting, and manage the budget for the project. As well as acting as the lead and primary point of contact for internal and external contractors/contributors.
Expertise in problem-solving tools: fishbone analysis, 6M, 5Whys, 8D, and root cause analysis.
An ability to identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and implement changes effectively.
Familiar with Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kanban, Gemba, and Kaizen.
Skilled in creating Work Instructions and Operational Method Sheets (OMSs)Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills to interact with higher management and cross-functional teams.
