Responsibilities Design, develop, and validate aircraft structures, systems, and components using sound engineering principles Create and maintain detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation Perform engineering analyses to evaluate performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost effectiveness Support prototype development, testing activities, and production implementation Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Certification teams to resolve technical issues, part shortages, and improve product performance Investigate design-related issues and develop corrective actions to support continuous improvement efforts Maintain engineering records and configuration control within the Product Data Management (PDM) system Prepare technical reports, engineering change documentation, and supporting analyses Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders Perform other duties as assigned

As a member of the Engineering Department, the Design Engineer II is responsible for the design, development, analysis, and continuous improvement of aircraft structures, systems, and components.
