Brief Description Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, from conception to completion. Must be able to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring that each one meets its individual goals and objectives, including timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple projects and team of designers and drafters to complete assigned work on schedule and within budget
  • Manage projects from start to finish by setting deadlines and target to ensure that teams are meeting budget and schedule
  • Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components
  • Liaise with sales, designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure coherence and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, and codes
  • Coordinate and assign projects to completion, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
  • Support product sourcing, purchasing, and selection as required by the design process
  • Gather, understand, and convert customer specifications and data into usable manufacturing information
