Develop and document manufacturing process specifications. Support plant operations by solving production and process-related challenges. Implement equipment, tooling, automation, and process improvements. Collaborate with quality, operations, and engineering teams to drive performance and stability. Utilize data analysis to develop repeatable, efficient manufacturing processes. Support CNC machining, robotics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical Engineering preferred). 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume production environment. Experience supporting CNC machining and automated manufacturing processes. Knowledge of robotics, PLC controls, and manufacturing automation systems. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience is a plus.
