Job Description

Join an established, family-owned industrial manufacturing leader as a Manufacturing Engineer I in Leetsdale, PA ! This is an exciting opportunity to bring your hands-on engineering mindset to a company known for innovative filtration, fluid conditioning, diagnostics, and specialized energy products, with a long-standing culture of continuous improvement, low turnover, and career growth. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer I position include: Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is required. Minimum of one (1) year of manufacturing experience is required, preferably in low-volume production. Experience with SolidWorks, CAD, SAP, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access is preferred. Support and solve technical manufacturing issues while assisting with quality control requirements. Improve product quality, reduce manufacturing costs, reduce lead times, and develop optimum procedures. Develop and maintain SOPs, product routings, and lean manufacturing processes. Plan, justify, and submit Capital Equipment Requests for new machines and manufacturing improvements. Lead and support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Kaizen initiatives.
Salary :
$65,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
