Manufacturing Engineer - CNC / CAM The MOHR Enterprises LLC Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time Up to $115,000 a year 11 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications CAD software Machining fixtures Technical writing experience within manufacturing GD&T Factory operations documentation Manufacturing standard operating procedures CAM software Technical troubleshooting support CNC toolpath generation Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Mechanical troubleshooting Custom fixtures Standard operating procedures drafting Full Job Description Manufacturing Engineer - CNC / CAM Philadelphia, PA | Up to $115,000 salary or more depending on experience Full-Time | 100% Onsite About the Opportunity We're partnering with an established industrial manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in CNC machining, CAM programming, process improvement, and manufacturing documentation . What You'll Do Improve and standardize manufacturing processes . Create and maintain CAM programs for CNC machines . Support CNC setup, prove-out, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Improve tooling, fixtures, machining methods, cycle times, and quality. Create work instructions, process sheets, setup instructions, and SOPs . Work directly with machinists and production teams on the shop floor. Support RTM and composite manufacturing processes . Troubleshoot defects, process variation, and manufacturing issues. Lead Lean, root cause, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects. Support new tooling, equipment, products, and manufacturing methods. What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field . 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience . Strong experience with CNC machining and CAM programming . Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, machining, tolerances, and GD&T . Experience with CAD/CAM software . Experience creating manufacturing processes and work instructions. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
