45 Our client is a custom metal pail manufacturer looking to bring on a Manufacturing Engineer. Someone in this role will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving equipment reliability, and supporting maintenance activities to ensure production operations are streamlined. Work with and support plant supervision to ensure production requirements are met Drive equipment reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards Work closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to help train and assist operators and technicians Must have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related role Must have supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Must have experience in high-volume manufacturing environments Must understand mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and have experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls #ZRLH By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
