The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Royersford, PA area.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support to production and tube mill operations Improve manufacturing processes through data analysis and testing Troubleshoot quality issues and disposition nonconforming materials Lead equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and DOE to optimize efficiency Manage projects related to equipment installs, cost reduction, and throughput improvements Support cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff Identify production risks and implement corrective actions

Qualifications:
