$34.00 - $43.00 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to support a large-scale product branding and documentation update project in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience with engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Duties Support engineering documentation updates related to product branding changes. Review inventory and assist with identifying parts requiring updates or rework. Coordinate rework activities with production and machine shop teams. Update drawings, specifications, and product documentation as needed. Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure project deadlines are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 0-2 years of manufacturing, engineering, production, or project support experience. Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software required. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP, PLM, document control systems, or engineering drawings is a plus. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is preferred. Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in export-controlled environments and provide documentation verifying U.S. Person status if hired. This is a fully onsite position.
