Job Description
Lead and support the development, installation, launch, and continuous improvement of round part and crankshaft machining systems for new and existing powertrain programs. This LL6 role combines manufacturing engineering leadership, process expertise, supplier coordination, supervisory responsibilities, and cross-functional execution to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient machining solutions. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline required; Master of Science, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, launch, machining process engineering, or manufacturing plant operations.
- Project, program, launch, and team leadership experience required Extensive manufacturing process knowledge.
