As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation in our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies that enhance productivity and improve product quality. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Note:
New Hires will report onsite M-F for the first 90 days. In this role, you will impact our operational performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage in the market by leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization.
  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Some experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
