It is a 100% on-site role, and we do not provide remote or hybrid work options. The Project/Product Engineer is responsible for new product introduction and project introduction. Interface and coordinates with all disciplines of design, manufacturing engineering, and project manager to ensure the new project/product are introduced as planned for mass production. Manage, implement, and control of ECO and ECN using MN. Manage, implement, and coordinate pilot run and control run related with new product, component qualification, or new process qualification. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop, design, integrate, and coordinate for new products introduction and project introduction from design engineering to order manufacturing. Identify and implement new/improved verification processes for new and mature products in Build to Order production. Manage manufacturing documentation control for ECO, ECN, MN, and their revisions. Manage, integrate, and implement pilot run and control run for new products, components, or process. Assist in the definition/improvement and implementation of Line/Cell layouts. Plan, organize and conduct independent technical projects for the mfg. engineering support of operations. Review projects progress and evaluate results. Recommend corrections to insure project objectives. Interface with design personnel to ensure that through concurrent engineering, processes and designs are compatible. Train supervisors and operators for new/improved products. Minimum Job Requirements BS in IE/ME/EE, or related engineering with 3 years experience in project/product introduction. Three years experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in computers field. Demonstrated experience in new product introduction and project introduction process and process improvement. Must be team player committed to working in a Total Quality environment. Demonstrated business communication skills Ability to always communicate verbally and in writing any change that affects the build process of a product. Analytical skills Quality system training Project management skills Ability to multi-task Functional technical skills with Autocad or similar mechanical drawing tool.
