We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC Turning experience to join a manufacturing operation in Blythewood, SC. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production equipment, developing tooling and manufacturing methods, and driving improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency. What You'll Do Develop and improve manufacturing methods and processes Troubleshoot CNC production equipment and manufacturing issues Program CNC equipment using G & M code Support turning and milling operations, including fixturing and cutting tools Design and document tooling using CAD Improve quality, productivity, workflow, and machine capability Train operators and manufacturing technicians Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM The position is highly hands-on, with approximately 75% of the role spent in the manufacturing environment. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
