As our Global Design Centre and Civil discipline continue to grow steadily, we are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Lead Water Engineer - advanced facilities & semiconductors / Wiodący projektant / Wiodąca projektantka sieci wod-kan - projekty advanced facilities / semiconductors Your main responsibilities will include to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects from feasibility and concept design through detailed design and construction, driving innovative, high-quality solutions, coordinating global teams, managing scope, schedule and budget, mentoring engineers, and ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Work in an experienced project team, on international and prestigious projects, in a company present in all areas of infrastructure investment Collaboration with specialists and engineers from Jacobs' foreign offices and other industries on projects of global scale Opportunity to participate in innovation initiatives and its practical application in process optimization using the latest technology and software Benefit package (LuxMed medical package, additional life insurance, subsidized Multisport card, My Benefit system) PTO Allowance / Wczasy pod gruszą Employment based on a full-time employment contract Jacobs social networks: Women's network, One World, PRISM, Careers Network, Collectively and others, and participation in initiatives related to their activities Flexible working hours and "short Fridays" (Monday - Thursday 8.5h, Friday 6h) Ability to work in the office or in a hybrid model Here's what you'll need Master's Degree in the field of Environmental Engineering Minimum 13 years of relevant experience Chartered with the relevant Institution Understanding of sanitary and drainage solution identification and development expertise in AF / semiconductor projects could be an asset Understanding of project live cycle (conceptual design, outline design, detail design, construction design) Experienced with both alternative delivery (e.g., Fixed Price Design Build) and conventional project delivery methods (e.g., Design-Bid-Build) Construction work experience Outstanding knowledge of EU, UK and US/Canada design codes and best practice Experience in the application of hydraulic modelling software Good knowledge of 3D environment, good MS Office Experience in helping to mentor and guide junior engineers in how to design Very good English communication skills, both verbal and writing Life at Jacobs People are Jacobs' greatest asset, and we offer a competitive package to retain and attract the best talent.
