Full Job Description Description:
Responsibilities & Duties Design, implement and streamline manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures Assist with continuous improvement 6-Sigma activities Assist in plant layout changes to improve flow and minimize waste Apply knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the mechanical engineering/design field Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job, as needed Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline U.S. citizenship required; visa sponsorship is not available. Work Requirements/Condition Work performed in a manufacturing and production environment. Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations. Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently. Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools. May require bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses in designated areas. Must wear company-issued smock or ESD-protective garments where required. Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
