3-4 Months Job Summary Parker is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer II to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role will focus on improving manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality, cost, and safety. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Determine the equipment, tooling, and resources needed for manufacturing. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, material usage, quality, safety, and cost. Support continuous improvement projects and process improvement initiatives. Assist Engineering teams with manufacturing methods, equipment, and design requirements. Review and improve manufacturing processes to ensure regulatory and quality compliance. Investigate manufacturing and quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Analyse manufacturing data and identify opportunities for improvement. Support capital projects and other manufacturing engineering activities as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. 2-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience. Experience with manufacturing process improvement and problem solving. Knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as process mapping, JIT, and pull systems. Experience working with CAD/CAM or computer-aided manufacturing systems. Working knowledge of GD&T. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.

Pay:

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
