How You'll Make an Impact Foster a safe, compliant, and inclusive work environment grounded in strong HSE practices. Lead, coach, and develop machining team members to achieve production goals. Plan and schedule machining operations to meet quality, delivery, and output targets. Monitor daily performance and adjust priorities to keep production on track. Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining or tooling challenges. Optimize CNC machining processes to improve throughput and reduce cost. Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste. Manage labor, equipment, tooling, and materials for maximum efficiency. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience welcomed. Experience leading teams in a machining or machine shop environment. Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC operations, and production workflows. Background in CNC programming, tooling, and multiaxis machining optimization. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, machining specifications, and GD&T. Experience applying lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
