This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist who is ready to lead a team, make an impact, and grow their career. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both CNC setup expertise and the ability to coach, develop, and support production employees. What You'll Do Lead and support a team operating multi-axis CNC equipment Perform CNC setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting Ensure production, quality, and delivery goals are met Train and mentor team members Support hiring, employee development, and performance reviews Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and efficiency Required Experience 2+ years of hands-on CNC setup experience (not just machine operation) Experience with tooling, offsets, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments Manufacturing leadership experience, either through a formal leadership role or by leading teams and projects on the production floor Experience participating in hiring decisions, employee evaluations, coaching, or performance management Multi-axis CNC experience preferred CNC programming experience is a plus Leadership Experience Matters Formal leadership titles are not required.
