Job Description
Process Validation:
Develop and improve tools for order configuration checks. Collect and analyze validation data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Maintain compliance with international validation standards and prepare reports. Assembly Testing. Modify and maintain test systems to meet UL and company standards. Document testing procedures and train employees on test systems. Implement test system updates and troubleshoot issues as needed.Assembly Engineering:
Plan and coordinate assembly engineering activities and improvement projects. Assist in budget planning for production and testing equipment. Ensure adherence to manufacturing planning standards.Leadership:
Manage engineers and technicians, provide performance feedback, and support professional development. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with operational goals.Operational Support:
Validate order configurations, wiring diagrams, and software for feasibility. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate changes during assembly. What you bring to the table: Requires 3 years of relevant experience to include electrical/electronic manufacturing or assembly engineering experience. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and E-CAD tools (e.g., Zuken E3, E-plan, etc.). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
