This role focuses on diagnosing mechanical and electronic issues, performing precision adjustments, and ensuring machines remain production‑ready. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and CNC repair experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities CNC Troubleshooting — Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control‑related issues on CNC machines; identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Mechanical Repair — Perform repairs, part replacements, alignments, and adjustments to maintain machine accuracy and uptime. Preventive Maintenance — Complete scheduled maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and calibration tasks. Production Support — Work closely with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and ensure machines run efficiently. Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience repairing CNC machinery or similar industrial equipment Ability to read mechanical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues Reliable, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Full‑time schedule: Monday-Friday Preferred Skills Experience with CNC mills, lathes, grinders, or multi‑axis machines Knowledge of servo motors, drives, sensors, and machine controls Background in industrial maintenance or machine repair Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability Compensation $24-$30 per hour , based on experience and skill level
