The ideal candidate will lead the engineering team driving innovation, delivering high-quality products, and supporting cross-functional success. This is a key leadership position responsible for new product development, sustaining existing products, and partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and customers to bring cutting-edge technologies to market. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams Proven track record leading new product development from concept through production Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly documentation Hands-on experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of
AS9100, PLM
systems, configuration management, and engineering change processes Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills U.S.
Citizen or Permanent Resident Preferred Skills:
