Lead capital projects including equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and new installations. Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and capital justifications. Provide engineering support to Production and Maintenance teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues using root cause analysis methodologies. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams during project execution. Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards.Required Qualifications & Experience:
5 + years of project engineering experience in manufacturing.
