Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers and technical leaders to advance engineering designs and improve processes Prepare proposals and estimate engineering hours for projects of varying size and complexity Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of engineering and design Apply technical expertise to develop designs that meet specifications and regulatory requirements Provide guidance and technical direction to engineers, drafters, and designers Perform technical analyses and work directly with clients to keep projects aligned with goals and schedules Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot, custom AI workflows, and IT-supported innovation initiatives to enhance efficiency Partner with the Digital Transformation Team to support new tool integration and employee-driven improvement ideas Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (Civil or Mechanical preferred) Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience Hands-on experience with pipeline and/or facility projects Experience designing or managing high-pressure gas projects Preferred Qualifications Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
