Process Engineer - Manufacturing A manufacturing company in the San Antonio Metro area is seeking a Process Engineer to improve production processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. This hands-on role combines shop-floor improvements with capital projects and collaboration across production, maintenance, and quality. Responsibilities Analyze production, quality, and maintenance data to identify process problems and improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement changes that improve safety, reduce waste, and increase production efficiency. Evaluate equipment performance and work with plant teams to improve reliability. Review OEM recommendations and standard work procedures to support consistent operations. Support the planning and execution of capital improvement projects. Mentor employees on efficient work methods and evaluate the results of process changes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline from an accredited university. Three years of manufacturing experience preferred. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with plant personnel and management. Legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
