Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.

Responsibilities may include:

Analysis and review of semiconductor manufacturing data (metrology, FA, and test) to determine root cause and identify solutions Design and perform experiments and lead or participate in teams developing manufacturing solutions and improved process integration in a production wafer fab Use, develop, and improve data analysis and data collection software tools Review product mask designs to determine compliance with design rules and implications for wafer fab processing Correlate RF test data results to wafer fab processing data

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a BS, MS, PhD in the physical sciences, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Minimum 3.0 GPA Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and methods. Familiarity with semiconductor metrology and failure analysis data Strong data analysis skills using a variety of tools Problem-solving skills Capable of independent, self-directed work Effective presentation skills Strong Leadership skills and attention to detail This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company. Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr - $42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
