$31-40 an hour Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support engineering projects in a manufacturing environment by developing technical drawings, updating facility and process layouts, and coordinating tooling and equipment installations. This role requires strong experience in line balancing, process setup, PFMEA, process mapping, standard work, and AutoCAD (2D/3D), along with an engineering degree and hands-on manufacturing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Engineering projects developing technical drawings that help translate engineering and architectural designs into detailed plans used in building products and structures. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to clarify design specifications. Layout updates using AUTOCAD software. Place and follow up purchase orders for new tooling and equipment. Produce drawings and check design drawings to verify they're accurate and meet industry standards. Analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings. Coordinate multidisciplinary projects review between departments and other stakeholders. Create and follow up problem follow up sheets to monitor and guide completion of activities. Support prototype pilot build constructions using manufacturing tools and equipment. Perform physical measurements to create layouts as required. Perform analysis and prepare executive presentations using MS Office. Work OT and/or weekends as required per project deliverables.
