Senior Manufacturing Engineer Lead Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-4:00

PM OT:

Fridays, weekends & holidays as needed Key Requirements Automotive manufacturing experience is required. Must have solid manufacturing engineering experience with proven leadership/lead experience . Experience with process design, process improvement, and continuous improvement . Experience managing Top 10 manufacturing priorities and resolving production issues, downtime, and defects. Experience with purchasing procedures, vendor management, and solution validation/buyoffs . Hands-on experience with 3D design solutions, fixtures, lift assists, and other assembly aids . Experience supporting light manufacturing projects and working cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering teams. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Candidates must be willing to work some weekends/OT as needed . Experience with Excel, Minitab, Power BI, PFMEA, SWI, Kaizen, and engineering drawings.

Pay:
