Job Description

The Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer will work on manufacturing test solutions for a broad range of ADI's award-winning home automation and entertainment products. At ADI we foster a strong commitment to quality in our products, and you will play a vital role in this process. You'll collaborate with other ADI team members and with manufacturing partners worldwide to implement testing strategies for a wide range of technologies, and will design, build, deploy and support cutting-edge testing solutions across our portfolio of industry-leading and innovative products. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
JOB DUTIES
Lead the design, creation, and deployment of test systems, fixtures, and hardware. Develop test software that is used on these systems and fixtures using automation wherever possible. Oversee the fabrication of test systems, assemblies, and fixtures, both internally and at partner facilities. Work with the latest technologies and protocols to improve test reliability and reduce test times and cost. Collaborate with product development teams to integrate testing strategies into product technology and design phases. Maintain comprehensive and consistent documentation for test systems, assemblies, and fixtures. Validate test hardware to guarantee the reliability and consistency of testing methods and equipment. Provide technical support, expertise, and guidance to peers and technicians, including overseas partners.
YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of industry or internship experience in engineering. Experience with software development, using tools such as TestStand , LabVIEW, Python, C++, etc. Proven track record in developing, assembling, and supporting test systems, fixtures, and electronic circuits. Ability to create meticulous technical documentation and drawings. Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
WE VALUE
Hands-on experience in electronic circuit design (e.g., Altium). Expertise in test fixture design and fabrication. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks). Knowledge of fabrication techniques like soldering, 3D printing, CNC milling, or manual machining. #LI-MH2 #LI-HYBRID
