Drive Process Excellence:

Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing systems, equipment, and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.

Lead Technical & Systems Integration:

Direct major engineering projects, managing CAD modeling, part/tool design, and cross-functional ERP/PLM system management.

Ensure Quality & Compliance:

Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance with industry standards and operational safety practices.

Manage Projects & Customer Solutions:

Oversee project timelines, proactively resolve technical risks, and align customer requirements with production team execution.

Provide Technical Leadership:

Guide and mentor engineering staff while providing hands-on support on the production floor to expand capacity. #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 6 years of experience
