Weyerhaeuser seeks participants for our Senior Development Program supporting sustainable manufacturing and wood products operations. In this role, you'll rotate across mill, forestry, and corporate functions, leading continuous improvement projects, analyzing production data, and optimizing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, implement best practices, and support capital projects. This role offers structured development, mentorship, and exposure to leadership while contributing to responsible land management and environmental stewardship. Responsibilities Lead and support manufacturing and process improvement projects across mills and forestry operations Collect, analyze, and interpret production and operational data to drive decisions Implement safety, quality, and efficiency best practices and monitor KPIs Support planning and execution of capital and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and supply chain Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for site and corporate leadership Participate in structured rotational assignments and development activities Identify opportunities for cost reduction and throughput and yield improvements Champion Weyerhaeuser's safety, sustainability, and environmental stewardship values Mentor with leaders and contribute to a culture of collaboration and accountability Required Skills Manufacturing operations Process improvement Data analysis Project management Continuous improvement/Lean Safety and compliance Production planning KPI development and reporting Cross-functional collaboration Technical writing/documentation
