Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary The 737 program is seeking detail-oriented Systems & Test Manufacturing Planners to support the production and certification of all 737 derivative airplanes. This role involves updating and revising installation plans in CAPPII and CMES, coordinating with Manufacturing and Engineering teams, investigating and resolving production issues, ensuring the accuracy of work instructions, bills of materials, and illustrations, reviewing supplier data, providing tooling requirements, and creating Out-Of-Sequence Installation Plans to support Engineering and Planning releases. Not Available Education & Job Requirements- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate's degree) and typically 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor's degree + 1 year of related work experience, 5 years of related work experience, etc.)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing production environment
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- U.S. person for purposes of Export Compliance Preferred Skills
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM), Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP), Reference Engineering Data Automated Retrieval System (REDARS), and Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP-LN)
- 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)
- 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior Level) Job Duties & Functions
- Update/Revise Installation Plans in Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPPII).
- Update/Revise Installation Plans in Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES).
- Coordinate and integrate with other ME teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
- Ensure quality of work instructions, bill of materials, and illustrations used by Manufacturing.
- Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
- Provide tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
