Position Description The Manufacturing Engineer I plays a critical role in driving manufacturing excellence by supporting, improving, and optimizing production processes. This position focuses on, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing engineering and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Implement and maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering to resolve manufacturing issues.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes.
Create and maintain process documentation including standard work, work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
Participate in capital equipment selection and justification.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.

Required Education & Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data analysis tools.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. This position is not eligible for any form of sponsorship (e.g. OPT or H1B visa status) now or in the future.
