Based on Experience Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturer, to identify a Project Engineer for their Wisconsin operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys owning projects from concept through production while working with highly engineered components serving aerospace, defense, medical, transportation, and industrial customers.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from design through production approval
  • Drive tooling, fixtures, gauging, process development, and production routing activities
  • Collaborate with customers, manufacturing teams, quality, and operations to ensure successful project launches
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Influence manufacturing processes and help optimize world-class investment casting operations Requirements for
Project Engineer:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 1-5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Sheet metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting product launches, process development, tooling, or manufacturing engineering projects
