2991422779-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Kohler is seeking a Sr. Compliance Engineer to lead compliance, quality, and risk initiatives across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will interpret and apply industry, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure products and processes meet all applicable standards. You will plan and conduct audits, drive corrective and preventive actions, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to embed compliance into product and process design. Leveraging data and documentation, you'll monitor regulatory changes, assess risk, and provide clear recommendations to leadership while supporting Kohler's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead compliance and quality programs for manufacturing operations and new products Interpret and apply relevant industry, safety, and environmental regulations and standards Plan, execute, and report internal and external compliance audits Assess risk, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Partner with engineering, operations, and quality to embed compliance into product and process design Maintain and improve compliance documentation, procedures, and training Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on impact and mitigation strategies Analyze performance data and prepare compliance and risk reports for stakeholders Required Skills Regulatory compliance Risk assessment Internal controls Quality management systems (ISO 9001) Manufacturing processes Root cause analysis Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Auditing (internal and external) Data analysis and reporting Technical documentation
