We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving complex problems, and collaborating across departments to drive real improvements on the shop floor. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Ace Precision, you will: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing manufacturing processes and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery

Partner with production, quality, sales, and engineering teams to support complex aerospace and defense manufacturing programs

Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes using sound engineering principles, statistical analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

Lead and support improvement projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables using project management tools

Evaluate process performance using data and statistical methods to identify variation, risk, and opportunities for optimization

Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including routings, work instructions, sketches, and process changes

Design complex routings and manufacturing sketches that meet customer specifications and internal standards

Support production and quality teams by dispositioning nonconforming product and determining rework or corrective actions

Communicate project status and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Document technical decisions and process changes with accuracy and clarity

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience

Experience with 3D modeling (SolidWorks or similar software)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Understanding of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies with the ability to apply statistical techniques in a manufacturing environment

BONUS POINTS FOR

Experience in sheet metal forming, CNC machining, fusion/resistance welding, heat treating/brazing, or 5-axis laser cutting

Experience working with an ERP system, preferably Epicor
