Copilot said: Technical Office Specialist (Entry Level) Weirton, WV Pietro Fiorentini USA is looking for an entry-level Technical Office Specialist to support manufacturing, engineering, and process improvement activities. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Development Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) . Create and update work instructions, process documentation, and project plans. Support equipment selection, implementation, and validation. Assist in tooling design and continuous improvement initiatives. Manufacturing Support Monitor process performance, yields, and costs. Troubleshoot production and equipment issues. Support automation and process validation activities. Assist with operator training and technical support. Design & Engineering Support Product codification and ERP data management. Creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs). Support engineering documentation and product updates. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Engineering or related STEM field. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings , Bills of Materials (BOMs) , and engineering documentation. Knowledge of GD&T , manufacturing tolerances, and engineering standards. Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk, or similar). Familiarity with ERP systems, product codification, and manufacturing routings. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and Six Sigma principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
