$86,465.60 per year + $0.50/hr afternoons + $0.75/hr overnights; overtime eligible
Shifts:
Flexible—8-hour, 10-hour, or rotating 12-hour shifts supporting 24/7 operations Your Impact (First 90 Days) Master site safety, environmental, and food safety protocols; model "Safety First" on every task Execute PPM to schedule and standard; log work and results accurately in SAP Partner with operators to build autonomous maintenance routines and optimize setups Apply RCM reviews weekly; use MMS methods and join MMS ITFs to drive reliability gains Participate in SIC and Tier 1 meetings; raise 5 Whys investigations using defined triggers Support capital projects—installation, commissioning, and testing—with early equipment input Contribute to weekly asset care reviews; propose actions that lift performance What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems across packaging and processing Use RCPS to eliminate repeat failures; document learnings and standardize fixes Maintain an organized workspace aligned to Safety and 5S MMS practices Collaborate with TLS and cross-functional partners (Operations, Risk, Quality, Maturation, Logistics, Procurement) Manage personal updates in Workday (e.g., P4G and profile details) Must-Haves Apprenticeship completion or mechanical/electrical degree preferred 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (FMCG a plus) HNC or equivalent strongly preferred Numerical/verbal reasoning; strong computer skills Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines Root cause analysis expertise; continuous improvement mindset Autonomous, team-oriented communicator who upholds standards and addresses non-compliance Nice-to-Haves Knowledge of Quality, H&S, and Environmental risk standards; safety/hygiene procedures Experience with SAP and Harford systems Technical Toolkit Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting Electrical schematics interpretation Conveyor chain replacement Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Electrical/electronic and high-voltage systems Equipment installation, wiring, and commissioning Environment & Physical Demands Indoor/outdoor work; temperature extremes; wet/slippery surfaces; elevated noise Proximity to moving machinery and vehicles; strong situational awareness Prolonged standing, walking, climbing, bending; repetitive tasks Lift up to 50 lbs solo; heavier items with assistance or equipment Our Culture of Safety & Inclusion We champion a Zero Harm mindset and an inclusive workplace where different perspectives fuel better outcomes.
