Shift Lead Line Operator Duties:
Responsible for operating and training on various manual and automated equipment in the production process. Verify Components and daily verification of process line settings to targets. Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available and correct per product specifications. Maintain the process for line flush verification, approval and reporting. Perform QC checks on assigned process lines as required including visual verification of finished product. Hold weekly meetings with QC team to address any issues. Initial closing out of work orders, components and clearing lines between production runs. Visually inspect production run and document results inclusive of 1st case checks. Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area while verifying housekeeping / organizational standards are in order. Conduct audits on cleaning tools condition and supply levels. Update process run time communication boards. Analyze the close out of process line per run time standard. Conduct weekly safety walks of assigned process walks. Other duties as assigned.
Machine Operator Requirements:
High School diploma or GED 1-3 years of operator experience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience required. Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of industrial technology a plus. Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills are required.
