Job Description

Summary of Position:
The Production Technician supports manufacturing operations by performing general labor tasks primarily within the TPU and Autoclave teams. This role is responsible for assisting with material preparation, product handling, loading and unloading production equipment, and supporting workflow through various stages of the manufacturing process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support daily production activities primarily within the TPU and Autoclave teams. Prepare materials, components, and products for processing according to work instructions and production requirements. Assist with loading and unloading materials and product from equipment, racks, carts, tables, or fixtures. Perform general labor tasks including staging, sorting, cleaning, organizing, and moving materials. Assist with trimming, prepping, cleaning, or finishing product as required by the process. Follow work instructions, quality standards, and supervisor direction to ensure product is processed correctly. Inspect materials and product for visible defects, damage, or nonconformance and report issues to leadership. Support material flow between departments to help maintain production efficiency. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in support of 5S and general workplace organization. Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures. Provide support to other production teams as needed based on staffing and workflow demands.
Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to follow work instructions and basic production documentation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support multiple production areas as needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to perform hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the facility. Frequent use of hands and arms to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Ability to work in warehouse and production environments, which may include exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures.
