This position operates manufacturing equipment, maintains production records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Production Operations Review production orders, work orders, and specifications to ensure accurate product requirements. Prepare raw materials according to established procedures and specifications. Set up, load, and operate production press equipment to manufacture denture pucks. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency. Verify that finished products meet established specifications and quality standards. Documentation and Recordkeeping Accurately maintain production records, history logs, and related documentation. Complete all required manufacturing and quality control documentation in a timely manner. Ensure records are accurate, legible, and compliant with company procedures. Safety and Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements. Report safety hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately. Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Previous manufacturing, production, or technician experience preferred. Experience following work instructions, standard operating procedures, and production specifications. Experience operating manufacturing equipment, presses, or similar machinery preferred. Skills and Competencies Basic computer proficiency. Ability to read and follow written instructions and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry materials consistent with production requirements. Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate production equipment and measurement tools.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:
