Job Summary The Electrical Manufacturing Technician builds and tests complete electrical products on Naden's production line — populated assemblies, sub-assemblies, and full box-build integration — following established work instructions and quality standards to deliver production-ready hardware at volume. This is production, not prototyping: the process is defined, the standards are set, and the job is to execute them consistently, catch what doesn't conform, and help make the line better. The technician works closely with manufacturing engineers, quality, and production leads to keep the line moving without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities Assembly & Production Build Assemble complete electrical products and sub-assemblies — including populated circuit boards, wiring, and box-build integration — according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards. Perform mechanical and electrical integration of components into finished assemblies and products. Follow established production processes to meet quality, safety, and throughput targets. Adhere to Foreign Object Debris (FOD) mitigation practices throughout assembly, including tool control, workspace cleanliness, and proper disposal of clippings and scrap material, to maintain product integrity. Testing and Inspection Perform functional, continuity, and electrical safety testing on assemblies and finished products. Inspect assemblies for conformity to specifications, identify defects, and route non-conforming material per established procedures. Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate production records, including build travelers, test results, and inspection reports. Follow standard work instructions and support their improvement as processes evolve. Ensure all work complies with industry standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with manufacturing engineers, quality personnel, and production leads to resolve line issues and maintain throughput. Flag process or quality issues and support continuous improvement of the production line. Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED required. Technical certification in electronics or a related field is preferred. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical product assembly, manufacturing, or production, preferably in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing.

certification (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies), or equivalent hands-on experience applying its workmanship and acceptance criteria, is required. Experience with NASA or military standards (e.g., NASA-STD-8739.4, MIL-STD-810) is highly desirable. Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Soldering to industry workmanship standards; PCB and box-build assembly experience is a plus. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in electrical product assembly and production test. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Other Requirements Must be able to pass a background check, which may include criminal history and drug screening, as required for this position. Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and adhere to strict safety and quality standards. This position may require access to information and technical data subject to control under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
