Duties of the SMT Operator include but are not limited to loading and operating SMT machines, troubleshooting and diagnosing errors, performing quality inspections to identify defects, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Experience with Mycronic equipment is preferred, though proficiency operating and troubleshooting comparable SMT systems will also be considered.
