Machine Technician 3rd shift

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Technician with hands-on experience in Batch Making, Robot Operation, and Noltec machinery to join our Bell, CA. plant . This position supports our 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Additional $2.00 dollars an hour for the shift differential.

This role requires an individual who can actively support daily production activities while maintaining a high level of efficiency and minimizing equipment downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and machinery, with the ability to manage production schedules to ensure accuracy and optimize overall performance. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, including robotic systems, while ensuring consistent product quality and efficient workflow. Why apply ? Role Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor robotic systems using teaching pendants safely and efficiently Perform batch making and work with automated systems, including Noltec equipment (training will be provided) Adjust machine settings, including product size and pallet configurations Place pallets on conveyors and initiate robotic operations Ensure accurate product weights and maintain neat, organized palletizing Monitor production processes to meet daily schedules and performance goals Troubleshoot basis equipment issues to minimize downtime Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity Support team operations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts and goals

About You We Require:

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to read and understand work orders and complex instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
