full-time Local manufacturing company in Santa Cruz looking for a Maintenance and Production Technician to join it's production team. In this role, you'll help build precision components and products while working in a safe, team-oriented environment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to do quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities Include:

Assemble and manufacture components according to established procedures. Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time. Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively. Inspect parts and completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met. Monitor production processes and report issues or improvement opportunities. Work closely with teammates and other departments to meet production goals. Follow all company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical, or technical experience desired, but not required. Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
