Non-Exempt Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and provide personalized service in both Homegoods and Floral departments. Assist customers with product information, floral arrangements, and special requests. Wrap floral items securely for travel or delivery. Establish relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Unpack, clean, and re-cut flowers, and display plants. Maintain and water plants, ensuring proper care and rotation. Share product knowledge on floral care and handling with customers. Assist in creating visually appealing displays for Homegoods products. Maintain signage, pricing, and product rotation to ensure product quality. Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in both departments. Notify Store Director or Floral Manager of any issues affecting customer service or store operations. Assist with seasonal events, promotions, and in-store displays.
