Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Some manufacturing experience preferred Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or similar production environments is a plus Mechanical aptitude preferred Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations Ability to follow written instructions, batch records, safety procedures, and quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Duties Measure and weigh raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records (MBR) Set up, operate, and monitor gummy production equipment, including kettles, depositors, and cooling tunnels Add and mix ingredients while maintaining proper process flow Monitor cooking processes and perform pH and brix measurements Inspect gummies for quality and ensure products meet specifications Spread finished product onto drying trays Complete manufacturing documentation, logbooks, labeling records, and batch records Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas Operate and maintain tray washing equipment Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards at all times Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift Ability to lift 20-30 pounds regularly Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
