Job Description We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Line Operator with basic mechanical aptitude to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining key production machinery, specifically pitters and stuffers . What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Machine Operation:
Safely set up, operate, and shut down production equipment, with a primary focus on pitters and stuffers.
Light Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform basic mechanical adjustments, clearing jams, and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep the line running smoothly.
Quality Control:
Monitor the product flow and machine output to ensure all products meet our high quality and safety standards.
Sanitation & Safety:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and food safety guidelines (where applicable).
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding machine performance, maintenance needs, or production delays. What We're Looking For (Requirements):
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience operating production line machinery (experience with pitters and stuffers is highly preferred).
Mechanical Aptitude:
Basic hands-on mechanical skills (e.g., using basic hand tools, making adjustments, understanding how parts fit together).
Schedule Reliability:
Ability to consistently start work at 5:00 AM sharp.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 40-50lbs. Attention to
Detail:
A sharp eye for product quality and machine performance.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
